Transport Coordinator - Mumbai and Ahmedabad
The key responsibilities in this role include;
To brief drivers on their daily work schedule and conduct debriefs at the end of their trip.
To input data into operational systems which includes driving hours, fuel usage, mileage, HSSE data’s and journey history.
To liaise with the customer and Warehouse team over schedule deliveries, unexpected changes to the planned delivery schedule and to deal with ad hoc customer queries
To monitor and record time and attendance of drivers
To conduct driver training and solving the drivers’ grievances and demands.
To coordinate with field sales personnel for their customer deliveries and compliance related issues.
To prepare all necessary documents for journey from booking point. Updating the data into the systems and handing over the documents to drivers before the journey starts.
Work Experience:
Previous experience in transport operation.
Good MS office skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Good command over local language, Hindi and English.
Must have a valid driving license.

Sales Manager Export/Import - Mumbai, Vapi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Manage an assigned territory with extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in the area.
Must be able to convert the sales call on its own.
Timely data entry in our Sales call register tool.
To support customer with quotation in time with coordination from pricing team.
Must be able to make minimum 5 sales call in a day.
Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations
Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork.
Ready to take on additional assignments as required by company
What we need:

Customer Relationship Manager - Mumbai and Ahmedabad
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
Track and trace shipments as per customer requirements
Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis
Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes
Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, shipping companies and others)
Meet compliance at all times to regulations as per government policies and company policy.
Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures

What we need:
Graduate with 2-year experience in customer service department.
Understanding of transportation documentation and terms.

Financial Account Manager - Mumbai
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Responsible for managing day to day accounting.
Responsible for branch account reconciliation and managing cash flow and fund flow.
Responsible for preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet on monthly basis at regional level.
Responsible for all accounting related MIS preparation for the region.
Responsible for filling GST return and TDS return and reporting to HO.
Responsible for preparing and implementing all accounting policies at branch level and coordinating with the branch managers for posting and tallying daily account balance.
Responsible for preparing all the accounting and financial reports for monthly review meetings.
Responsible for all billings and receivables.
Responsible for achieving collection targets and remittances and debt management.
Responsible for vendor management and contract management for the region.
Provide assistance in resolving claims and disputes.
Establish, maintain and review accounting objective, ensure easy process flow, and conduct regular meetings with important stake holders.
What we need:
Chartered accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics company.
Accounting and Finance knowledge, updated in local tax requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to complete work within standard procedures, guidelines and office policies.
Self-driven personality.
